If you are not satisfied with your product or if you want to exchange it, you can notify us within 14 days.

If you wish to make a return, please send an email to info@wolverhalen.nl and mention your name, the invoice number and the reason for the return. I will contact you as soon as possible. After this, the products may be returned. This must be done within 14 days after registration of the return shipment.

The products to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. All labels must be present in their original condition. Products that have been kept in a smoking environment may not be returned.

The costs of the return shipment are for the customer.

If the products have been returned in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.

If you return the entire order, you will be refunded the full purchase amount, including the shipping costs.

For returns of orders made outside the European Monetary Union, customs duties and VAT are not reimbursed.

If you return part of your order, you will only be reimbursed that part of your order.

There are a few exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• Custom-made products cannot be returned, such as yarns that have been dyed to your wishes.
• For copyright reasons, patterns may not be returned. This goes for both paper and digital patterns.
